How long should I use the device per session?
We recommend using the device for 20 minutes, which is the recommended automated operation time.
How often should I use it?
We recommend one to three sessions per day, with each session lasting 20 minutes. Instead of consecutive sessions, it is beneficial to use the device at different times.
Which level do you recommend from 1 to 12?
EMS products have different stimulation levels based on water spray, muscle condition, pad, and skin adhesion. For the arm and leg area, it's recommended to start with a cool sensation rather than strong stimulation. On average, 2 to 3 steps are sufficient for the first time.
Can I wear it over t-shirts, shorts, leggings or innerwear?
It should be worn on bare skin for the softest and most stable stimulation. Wearing it over clothing may hinder the transmission of stimulation, so it's strongly recommended to wear it on bare skin for optimal massage.
Why spray water on the pad only once for the first user?
More water spray increases stimulation. Adjust the water spray and spray generously after initial setup.
Why is there a strength difference between left and right arms/legs/knees ?
It can occur due to uneven water spray or muscle tension. Use both pads closely to ensure equal water distribution and tension. How to charge the controller and how long does it take?
The controller charges via USB Type-C and takes approximately 3 hours for a full charge. No indicator is displayed after charging. It can be used 7 to 8 times depending on the mode.
Can the pad be put in a washing machine or dryer?
Avoid machine washing. Instead, handwash or clean with wet wipes. For drying, air dry naturally in the shade. Avoid excessive twisting of the belt and pads.
Can it be used while charging?
No, it cannot be used while charging. Disconnect the cable during charging
Hand Massager:
Does it only massage the palms?
If you increase the intensity and grip tightly (muscle contraction), the stimulation can extend to the biceps and triceps.
What is the recommended daily usage time?
It is recommended to rest for about 6 hours after each session (10 minutes) to avoid skin stress and allow muscle recovery.
Can it be used on parts of the body other than the hands?
This product is designed to deliver stimulation when gripping with the hands. For safety, please use it only as intended.
Can children use this product?
Children may have difficulty expressing the appropriate intensity level. It is recommended for teenagers and older who can accurately express their comfort level.
What if I want stimulation on just one hand?
You can overlap the product as shown in the photo in the user guide below to stimulate only one hand
It feels too sharp or strange, making it unusable for me.
Low-frequency massagers using microcurrents may be difficult to use for individuals with dry skin or highly sensitive sensory nerves. If your skin is dry, wiping your hands with a wet tissue (acting as a conductor) before use can help soften the stimulation.
I want to use it to stimulate and train my forearm, biceps, and triceps.
You can increase the stimulation intensity and grip tightly to cause muscle contraction. However, overly increasing the intensity may risk injury, so it is recommended to use an appropriate level of intensity.
Can two people use it simultaneously?
It is possible for each person to use one hand. Make sure to hold hands to keep connected.
