Are you wanting to try EMS before buying your own? Are you unsure which device is the right fit for your needs?
Book an appointment at House of Chammy and experience EMS under the guidance of our experts.
Before Your Appointment
In order to tailor the experience to each individual client, we ask you to fill in a pre-booking form when booking an appointment with us. This way, we can prepare your introductory experience to EMS prior to your arrival and guide you through as soon as you walk through our doors.
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, we ask that you arrange a few things before coming in:
Check-in with your health care provider(s)
If you suffer from any serious illnesses, conditions, or had any (recent) health interventions, please ask your health care providers to what extent it is safe for you to use EMS.
We do NOT recommend EMS usage if you have any implanted medical device (e.g. pacemaker), are pregnant, have/had heart problems, or are under the influence.
Think of your needs and wishes
To further assist you during your appointment, it is important for us to learn more about you and we may ask follow-up questions to guide you best. Therefore, it would be helpful for you to think about your needs and wishes beforehand.
Read our dress code
Our EMS devices work best on bare skin. Therefore, we ask you to wear comfortable and thin or easily removable clothes. Please note: for our Shoulder Massager to work, your shoulders must be bare. House of Chammy has a bathroom available for guests, in case you would like to change on location.
We do NOT have spare clothing available. Not adhereing to our dress code might result in the rescheduling of your appointment.
Limited mobility?
In case your mobility is limited to any extent, please contact us before booking an appointment. To access our store, you must be able to walk up and down stairs.

During Your Appointment
When you arrive at House of Chammy, please look for any of our staff and check-in with them.
Our staff will guide your through your appointment from beginning to end. You are welcome try any of our EMS devices with assistance of our staff. We will ask you questions and offer our advice to help you make the best decision for your needs. Please, feel free to ask any questions or express any concerns you may have.
If you decide to purchase any of our devices, you can choose to take them home from our store the same day or we can ship them to your address with no additional costs.
