Product storage & care:
- Fill the water bottle with water, moisten the pads moderatly, press the pads lightly to support water absorption.
- Attach the bands around your arms, legs or calves with the velco strap.
- Connect the cable on both bands and plug the controller in. Attach the controller in a convenient location.
- Turn the band on with the controller using the 'On'button. Select the desired mode with the "Mode'button.
- Adjust the intensity during the 20 minute session using the "up" or "down" buttons.
- Hold the "off" button for 2 seconds to turn the controller off.
A training sessions is 20 minutes long. It is recommended not to exceed the 20 minutes. We recommend 1 to 3 sessions a day, spreading the different sessions evenly over the day.
