The REAL EMS All-in-One is an excellent choice for allround training and relaxation. The low-frequency bands' target areas are your arms (biceps & triceps), thighs (quads & hamstrings) and calves.

You can train your muscles using one of 4 modes with 12 intensity levels each: Aerobic Mode, Massage Mode, Strength Training Mode & Endurance Mode

  1. Fill the water bottle with water, moisten the pads moderatly, press the pads lightly to support water absorption. 
  2. Attach the bands around your arms, legs or calves with the velco strap.
  3. Connect the cable on both bands and plug the controller in. Attach the controller in a convenient location. 
  4. Turn the band on with the controller using the 'On'button. Select the desired mode with the "Mode'button.
  5. Adjust  the intensity during the 20 minute session using the "up" or "down" buttons.   
  6. Hold the "off" button for 2 seconds to turn the controller off.

A training sessions is 20 minutes long. It is recommended not to exceed the 20 minutes. We recommend 1 to 3 sessions a day, spreading the different sessions evenly over the day.
