Product storage & care:
- Fill the spray bottle with water and lightly spray both pads until fully soaked. Gently press the pads with your hands to support water absorption.
- Adjust the belt ensuring pads are in the desired position and in full contact with your abdomen and waist.
- Tighten the belt with the velcro straps. Wearing the belt tightly will yield the best results.
- Connect the controller.
- Tighten your abdominal muscles and turn on the controller. Adjust the intensity during the 20 minute session using the "up" or "down" buttons.
- Hold the "off" button for 2 seconds to turn the controller off.
A training sessions is 20 minutes long. It is recommended not to exceed the 20 minutes. We recommend 1 to 3 sessions a day, spreading the different sessions evenly over the day.
