The REAL EMS Perfect Hip is an excellent choice to shape your hips. The low-frequency belt trains the glute muscles to achieve well toned, peach shaped booty.

You can train your muscles using one of 4 modes with 12 intensity levels each: Massage Mode, Muscular Endurance Mode, Strength Training Mode & Endurance Mode

  1. For the best results, the REAL EMS Perfect Hip belt is ideally worn on bare skin. If you prefer to wear clothing, make sure to wear thin leggings made of polyester.
  2. Fill the water bottle with water, moisten the pads moderatly, press the pads lightly to support water absorption. 
  3. Secure the belt around your glutes with the two pads psitioned on the glute muscles. Tighten the belt by pulling the buckle. Make sure it is a tight fit. 
  4. Connect the controller and turn the belt on using the 'On'button. Select the desired mode with the "Mode'button.
  5. Adjust  the intensity during the 20 minute session using the "up" or "down" buttons.   
  6. Hold the "off" button for 2 seconds to turn the controller off.

A training sessions is 20 minutes long. It is recommended not to exceed the 20 minutes. We recommend 1 to 3 sessions a day, spreading the different sessions evenly over the day.
