Cancellation Policy
You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment. Please ensure you arrive on time. If you are more than 15 (fifteen) minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled automatically. Any circumstances beyond our (House of Chammy) control, such as staff illness, power outages, extreme weather, government restrictions, or emergencies, will lead to automatic cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. House of Chammy is not liable for any indirect damages or additional costs due to this cancellation or rescheduling. House of Chammy reserves the right to refuse or end service if the client shows signs of illness, infectious disease, intoxication, or any other circumstances whereby the health and safety of our staff and/or other clients may be at risk. All clients are required to report any medical issues, allergies, and sensitivities before their appointment. House of Chammy is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to report these. House of Chammy reserves the right to refuse anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behaviour without justification.
